Priya-Ju is a premium dairy and food brand focused on delivering high-quality products including desi ghee, bilona ghee, milk, paneer, curd, butter, chaach, and mawa. We are actively expanding across B2B, HORECA, retail distribution, and institutional channels in NCR.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven B2B Business Development Executive to generate leads, develop relationships, onboard distributors and institutional buyers, and convert business opportunities into recurring sales.

This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Generate and convert B2B leads across:
• HORECAs
• Sweet shops
• Caterers
• Hotels
• Distributors
• Institutions
• Conduct daily market visits and client meetings
• Present product range and pricing
• Arrange product sampling and trials
• Expand B2B and institutional network

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
Travel Allowance
Attractive Performance Incentives
