Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels to expand the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with clients to understand their hiring needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and offer effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
