About Scale

Scale is the growth marketing division of Adwants, helping brands accelerate business growth through performance marketing, digital strategy, and customer acquisition. We're looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and convert inbound leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their requirements.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team where required.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through timely follow-ups.
  • Present the company's services and articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work towards conversion targets.
  • Update and manage customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with marketing and performance teams to provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and sales activities.
  • Ensure quick response times and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Pre-Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (preferred).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience in managing inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in B2C sales, real estate, edtech, banking/financial services, insurance, or other consultative sales environments.
  • Experience handling high-intent digital leads.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and online lead generation is an added advantage.
