Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of modular kitchens and wardrobes by managing the complete customer journey — from lead generation and client meetings to site visits, proposal coordination, and deal closure.
This is a target-driven, client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, sales ability, and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
• Generate leads through references, walk-ins, site visits, and industry connections
• Engage with homeowners, architects, and interior designers to identify opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
2. Client Consultation & Sales Process
• Meet clients to understand requirements, space, and budget
• Explain materials, finishes, layouts, and design concepts clearly
• Coordinate with design team for layouts, BOQs, and quotations
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed projects
3. Site Visits & Project Understanding
• Conduct site visits for measurements and feasibility checks
• Ensure accurate understanding of client requirements before proposal stage
• Align client expectations with design and execution capabilities
4. Sales Closure & Negotiation
• Negotiate pricing and finalize deals with clients
• Improve conversion rates through effective communication and follow-ups
• Focus on increasing ticket size through upselling and add-ons
5. Coordination & Execution Support
• Work closely with design and execution teams for smooth project handover
• Ensure commitments made to clients are practical and achievable
• Support in resolving client concerns during project execution
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Interior Design preferred)
Required Experience
• 1–5 years of experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, interiors, or building materials sales
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong closing exposure preferred
• Prior experience working with architects or interior designers is a plus
