Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Mohali. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, generating and following up on leads, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in promoting RoadEx services and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth. The individual will also collaborate closely with team members to meet sales goals and execute successful sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales, including the ability to effectively communicate and close sales
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide excellent client support
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
