Role: Business Development Executive

At Masai School, we're building career-transforming learning experiences that help thousands of learners upskill and launch high-growth careers. As our digital footprint expands, we're looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive who understands SEO / digital services and can help us build strong growth pipelines across global markets.

This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, pitching Masai's digital programs or services, and enabling strategic partnerships across regions including international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and close leads for Masai's digital learning programs or service offerings across global markets (including the US & Canada, where applicable).

Promote Masai's offerings with a strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, content, paid ads, website optimization).

Engage with prospects, understand their goals, and recommend appropriate Masai programs or partnership models.

Maintain strong communication with internal teams (marketing, admissions, partnerships) to ensure smooth delivery and onboarding.

Meet or exceed monthly sales and outreach targets, contributing to overall revenue and growth.

Track leads, maintain CRM hygiene, and prepare regular sales reports for leadership visibility.

Stay updated on digital trends, SEO best practices, and competitor strategies to improve pitch effectiveness.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, sales, SEO-based outreach, agency sales, or related fields.

Solid understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC, websites, and how clients measure ROI from digital services.

Excellent verbal communication skills fluency in English is essential for international conversations.

Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills; ability to handle objections and build trust with prospects.

Comfortable working in a night-shift or global-time-zone aligned schedule (if applicable for the role).

High ownership mindset, ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn fast in a dynamic environment.
