Job Description

Job Role: As a sales professional in the events and exhibitions industry, you will support the team in promoting and selling event spaces, sponsorships, and marketing packages. You will assist in planning and executing events, reaching out to potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills, an interest in events and marketing, and a passion to grow in a sales career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospects, share proposals, and set meetings
  • Understand our solutions and match them to client needs
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Attend industry events for lead generation and networking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client deadlines
  • Track activities in the CRM and report progress on targets
  • Assist with presentations, quotes, and basic marketing campaigns
  • Meet monthly sales goals and follow up on payments

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Basic MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM familiarity
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable with targets
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude

Eligibility

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales or events

Salary & Location

  • Salary: 35 LPA (open to freshers with strong communication skills)
