Position: Business Development Executive
Location: On-site – Bengaluru
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can drive new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and client outreach. The role involves connecting with decision-makers and technical teams, setting up meetings, and building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify target companies matching the ideal customer profile
* Generate quality sales leads and manage outreach activities
* Handle outbound cold and warm calling
* Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
* Understand client requirements and explain the company's value proposition
* Schedule meetings with technical/senior teams
* Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking
