Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The candidate will drive new business development, generate leads, manage client accounts, foster strong partnerships, and develop strategies to explore new market opportunities. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying ways Airtribe's offerings can add value to their learning and development goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Excellent skills in Business Strategy and planning
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Account Management and client relationship-building
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and identifying growth opportunities
  • Educational experience in Business, Marketing, or a comparable field is preferred
