Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will identify and generate potential business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and prepare tailored strategies for client acquisition. Responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams, tracking industry trends, presenting solutions to clients, and meeting sales targets. The role requires dynamic interaction with prospective clients and internal stakeholders to deliver growth-focused results.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development experience, including lead generation and client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic planning and market research capabilities
  • Ability to analyze data, track industry trends, and develop custom strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
  • Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate with teams in Pune
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B sales or marketing and knowledge of AI-driven tools is a plus
