About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive business Development Executive to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Bid Management, Lead generation and RFI, RFP Management for HVAC projects while ensuring cost-effectiveness, and quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead Identification & Qualification: Proactively identify and vet potential business opportunities from multiple sources to build a high-quality, actionable sales pipeline.
  • Bid Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of project bids, maintaining meticulous records of all upcoming, active, and completed submissions to ensure zero missed deadlines.
  • Sales Conversion Support: Partner directly with the Lead Sales Associate and Sales Manager to execute conversion strategies, provide administrative support, and assist in closing high-value deals.
  • Documentation & Proposals: Draft, edit, and finalize professional Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring all submissions are accurate, compelling, and aligned with company standards.
  • Operational Agility: Support the broader sales team by taking on ad-hoc projects and critical tasks as assigned by management to ensure departmental goals are met.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in an bidding process
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Compensation

In this role, you will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 2,50,000 to Rs. 3,00,000, along with a discretionary bonus.
