Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Tech Glora. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our technology services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into customers.
  • Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on lead generation, conversions, and business growth.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate and convert leads.
  • Knowledge of online research and client outreach.
  • Good understanding of IT / technology services is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and target oriented.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools is preferred.

Qualification

  • Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing / Business Administration preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
