Job Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Tech Glora. The primary responsibility of this role is to
identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into customers.
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to deliver solutions.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare reports on lead generation, conversions, and business growth.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate and convert leads.
- Knowledge of online research and client outreach.
- Good understanding of IT / technology services is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools is preferred.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing / Business Administration preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
