Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Generate and qualify leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Other Platforms
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for web, eCommerce, and app development services
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and proposal discussions
- Pitch services related to WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Custom Development, and E-Commerce Solutions
- Manage follow-ups, nurture leads, and support deal closures
- Work with internal teams to align client requirements with project solutions
- Use cold emailing and cold calling (when needed) for outreach and business development
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation
- Experience generating leads and cracking projects on Upwork and other platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of IT services, website development, or eCommerce solutions
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert opportunities into projects
- Target-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
