Aliema Infotech is a growing digital solutions company specializing in Web Development, E-commerce Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, and Resource Hiring Solutions. We work with global clients to deliver innovative solutions across WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Custom App Development, and E-Commerce Websites.

Role Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Generate and qualify leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Other Platforms
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for web, eCommerce, and app development services
  • Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and proposal discussions
  • Pitch services related to WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Custom Development, and E-Commerce Solutions
  • Manage follow-ups, nurture leads, and support deal closures
  • Work with internal teams to align client requirements with project solutions
  • Use cold emailing and cold calling (when needed) for outreach and business development

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation
  • Experience generating leads and cracking projects on Upwork and other platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of IT services, website development, or eCommerce solutions
  • Ability to understand client requirements and convert opportunities into projects
  • Target-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
