About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Executive with prior field sales experience, preferably in the advertising or media industry. In this role, you'll connect with potential clients, understand their needs, pitch our outdoor advertising solutions, and convert leads into long-term business through in-person client visits.

Responsibilities

·    Make outbound calls to potential clients

·    Connect with and engage prospective customers

·    Pitch outdoor advertising solutions tailored to client needs

·    Follow up consistently on leads

·    Visit clients in person to convert leads into business

Requirements

Must Have:

·    1–1.6 years of experience in field sales / business development

·    Strong verbal communication and convincing skills

·    Willingness to travel frequently

·    Target-driven mindset with confidence handling clients

·    Good understanding of lead generation

Good to Have:

·    Experience in advertising, media, or marketing industries

·    Existing client or networking base

·    Experience handling B2B clients
