Lead Generation : Identify potential customers through cold calling.
Product Pitching & Cross-Selling: Educate customers through cold calling about Muthoot's product suites, primarily focusing on Personal loan /cross-sell opportunities.
Branch Operational Support: Collaborate closely with branch officials to manage daily process basic loan documentation, and complete preliminary KYC verification checks.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional rapport with customers, conduct structural collection and interest renewal calls, and resolve client inquiries to drive high retention.
Target Realization: Work with structured intent alongside branch managers to fulfill aligned monthly business disbursal targets and lead targets.
