Job Description

Job Summary:

Lorven Technologies is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing / IT Services / Recruitment Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT staffing and recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely requirement fulfillment.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and activity reports using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales / IT Services.
  • Strong understanding of Domestic Recruitment / IT Staffing business models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, CRM tools, MS Office.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated professional.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Experience in IT Recruitment/Staffing industry is preferred.
