Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for GROHE in the Gujarat market. The primary focus of this role is to strengthen our brand presence and secure specifications by leveraging established relationships within the architecture and design community.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and brand preference for GROHE products across high end retail bungalows/Apartments & residential and commercial projects in Ahmedabad.
- Actively engage with and manage a portfolio of top-tier architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure GROHE is specified in upcoming projects.
- Identify new project opportunities and track them from the design phase through to execution.
- Conduct product presentations and technical seminars for key influencers and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project conversion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the region to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development or project sales within the building materials, luxury fittings, or allied industries.
- Strong existing network: Demonstrated high-level relationships with top architects and design firms in Ahmedabad is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
