We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive who can contribute to expanding our client portfolio and revenue engine.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and representing the agency's creative and digital capabilities in the market.
This is a target-driven, growth-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments and enjoys closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
1.Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients (brands, startups, SMEs).
Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Client Engagement & Pitching
Understand client requirements and align them with Atraski's service offerings.
Present proposals, pitch decks, and service solutions confidently.
Coordinate with Strategy and Creative teams for customized proposals.
3. Revenue & Target Ownership
Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion optimization.
4. Relationship Management
Build long-term client relationships.
Ensure smooth handover to servicing teams post-closure.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
13 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (branding, social media, performance marketing, content production).
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Preferred Profile
Experience in a digital marketing / creative agency.
Strong LinkedIn networking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Professional presentation and client-facing confidence.
