Key Responsibilities

  • Handleinbound and outbound leadsvia calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
  • Performcold callingto generate new prospects and follow up on existing leads
  • Understand learner requirements andrecommend suitable courses
  • Convert enquiries into enrolmentsand consistently achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
  • Conduct counselling sessions (telephonic / in-person) with students and parents
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion rates
  • Participate insales reviews, target planning, and performance discussions
  • Strongsales mindsetwith hunger to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellentcommunication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence incold calling and objection handling
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Willingness to work in afast-paced, target-oriented environment

Salary for this role : 15000 - 20000/month + Attractive Incentives
