Key Responsibilities
- Handleinbound and outbound leadsvia calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Performcold callingto generate new prospects and follow up on existing leads
- Understand learner requirements andrecommend suitable courses
- Convert enquiries into enrolmentsand consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Conduct counselling sessions (telephonic / in-person) with students and parents
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion rates
- Participate insales reviews, target planning, and performance discussions
- Strongsales mindsetwith hunger to meet and exceed targets
- Excellentcommunication and persuasion skills
- Confidence incold calling and objection handling
- Ability to build rapport and close deals
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Willingness to work in afast-paced, target-oriented environment
Salary for this role : 15000 - 20000/month + Attractive Incentives
