Job Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services offered by ProPlus Logics.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate business deals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience or strong interest in sales and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT / Digital Marketing / Software Services sales.
- Knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
