This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining effective communication, and contributing to the company's growth by meeting and exceeding business development goals.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying market opportunities
• Strong skills in Communication and building meaningful relationships with potential and existing clients
• Experience in Business and Account Management to drive growth and maintain client satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
