Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, presenting business solutions, and driving sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Account Management and Business operations
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Preferred experience in the interior décor or construction industry
