We're Hiring: Staffing Sales Representative – International Markets

Overview

Finstorm Placement Service is a growing recruitment and workforce solutions company supporting international clients with staffing, recruitment, and Employer of Record (EOR) services.

We are hiring a Staffing Sales Representative to work from our Kochi office and focus on international lead generation and B2B sales for our staffing and EOR offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify international B2B leads (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC)
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, and digital platforms
• Pitch staffing, recruitment, and Employer of Record (EOR) services
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Schedule discovery calls and hand over qualified leads to leadership
• Maintain lead data and follow-ups using CRM or internal trackers
• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly targets

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in staffing sales or recruitment sales
• Experience selling services (recruitment, staffing, HR, consulting, etc.)
• Strong communication skills (email, LinkedIn, calls)
• Comfortable with outbound sales and lead generation
• Basic understanding of staffing or recruitment models
• Employer of Record knowledge is a plus
• Self-driven and target-oriented
