Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, skilled in lead generation, and capable of converting prospects into business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, social media, and market research.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions/services.
  • Schedule meetings, conduct sales presentations, and follow up effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business decks.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, CRM, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking platforms when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • 13 years of experience in business development or sales roles (digital/advertising industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing/services (added advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
