Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Business Development Executive. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and building strong client relationships. The candidate will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and support the company's objectives. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and expand the organization's reach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and driving successful business initiatives (ERP Solutions)
• Strong skills in Account Management and fostering reliable client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT or ERP related Industry is a significant advantage
