We're looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals—not just generating leads.

What You'll Own

  • Identify and connect with decision-makers across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East.
  • Generate qualified opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges and recommend the right technology solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals.
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of Business Development experience in an IT Services company
  • Experience selling software development, AI, cloud, or digital transformation services
  • Strong exposure to international markets
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound sales, cold emailing, and lead generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about consultative selling
  • Stable career history demonstrating consistent growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Converting qualified opportunities into long-term client engagements.
