Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth. Candidates with both junior and senior-level sales experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and develop new business opportunities
● Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals
● Meet clients, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions
● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
● Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
● Maintain customer records, sales reports, and market updates
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Graduate in any discipline (MBA Sales/Marketing preferred)
● 1+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred
● Experience in Interior Design / Real Estate industry, especially handling residential projects, will be preferred
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Target-oriented mindset with good problem-solving ability
● Ability to handle clients independently
● Willingness to travel for field sales activities
● Basic knowledge of Computer/Laptop
