Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role located in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and identifying potential leads. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market analysis, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proven ability in Business and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills to engage with clients effectively
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the placement or recruitment industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
