Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Kozhikode. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, building and retaining strong customer relationships, and promoting Justdial's products and services. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Strong skills in Communication and Account Management to effectively manage client relationships and maintain satisfaction.
  • Understanding of Business processes and strategies to align with organizational growth objectives.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve target-oriented results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience or familiarity with local markets and industries is an added advantage.
