Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Kozhikode. The role involves identifying and developing opportunities for new business and generating leads. Day-to-day tasks include establishing and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to drive sustainable growth, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will work closely with teams to identify business needs and deliver custom solutions through EthicFin's services.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
• Proven experience in achieving sales or growth targets
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in SAAS or accounting software sales is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
