Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive specializing in handicrafts, based in Kozhikode, Kerala, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building lasting relationships with clients, and managing key accounts. Daily tasks include executing market research, creating strategies to access untapped markets, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring excellent account management to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Account Management skills to foster and maintain client relationships
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
- A solid understanding of business operations and market strategy
- Relevant experience in the handicrafts or sustainable product industries preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
