Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for the position of Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, and driving sales. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategies to onboard new clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation experience, with a focus on expanding market presence.
  • Proficiency in Account Management and a strong ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and present effectively.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business operations and sales strategies.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and tools for tracking sales and customer interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
