Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive to join our team in Tiruchirappalli. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining positive client relationships. You will contribute to driving company growth by implementing effective business strategies and showcasing excellent communication and negotiation skills. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure a seamless client experience and the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategy, including identifying growth opportunities and market analysis
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and business reporting software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivation, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work collaboratively
- Prior experience in the IT industry or a related field is a plus
