This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Tiruchirappalli. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The role also involves strategic planning to expand the organization's market reach and achieve revenue growth.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Experience in the IT industry or relevant fields is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
