About Us:

Digital Toppers Academy is a leading Digital Marketing Training Institute located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu , committed to equipping individuals with real-time skills and industry knowledge. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Connect with potential leads, explain our digital marketing courses, and guide them through the enrolment process.
  • CRM & Sheet Management: Maintain and update lead tracking sheets, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  • Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status, sales conversions, and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or tele-calling (experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a plus).
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
  • A passion for digital marketing and education is an added advantage.
