Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Connect with potential leads, explain our digital marketing courses, and guide them through the enrolment process.
- CRM & Sheet Management: Maintain and update lead tracking sheets, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
- Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status, sales conversions, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or tele-calling (experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a plus).
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
- A passion for digital marketing and education is an added advantage.
