Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mehsana / Hybrid for a Business Development Executive. The individual will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. They will be responsible for managing accounts, developing effective business strategies, and communicating with stakeholders to support organizational growth. The role requires proactive engagement in business negotiations and maintaining a customer-first approach to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Strong skills in Business Strategy and Account Management.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development or a similar role is an advantage.
