This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The individual will conduct market research, create proposals, provide professional communication, and effectively promote the company's services. Collaboration with internal teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction is essential.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
• Strong Business acumen and experience in Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a results-driven environment and meet business goals consistently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
