Jaiwik Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development- Executive/Sr. Executive to join our growing team.

Experience: 3-8 Years

Industry: Pharma / Healthcare / Life Sciences

Salary: As per market standards

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Develop new clients in the domestic pharmaceutical market.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers and stockists.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain client records, sales pipelines and follow-ups through CRM/Excel.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
• Eligibility: Only candidates with experience in Pharma Sales (PCD, CDMO, or Third-Party Manufacturing Sales) should apply.
