We're hiring Business Development Managers (Freshers)

Companies: Precision Path Lab & Jaipur Molecular Lab

Type: Full-time, On-site | Experience: 01 year (Freshers welcome)

Help expand access to high-quality diagnostics by building relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across Rajasthan.

What you'll do

1. Generate and qualify leads; conduct field visits and meetings with doctors, hospitals, and collection centers
2. Manage the sales funnel (calls, demos, follow-ups) and close partnerships
3. Coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure smooth onboarding and service
4. Track activities in simple CRMs/trackers and report weekly progress
5. Represent the labs at local events, CMEs, and outreach activities

What you'll bring

1. Any graduate (BSc/BA/BBA/Biotech/Pharma) MBA/PGDM a plus
2. Strong communication (Hindi & English), persuasive and organized
3. Comfort with local travel; two-wheeler preferred
4. High ownership, learning mindset; healthcare/diagnostics interest is a plus
