Business Development Executive Intern (BTL Marketing)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, energetic Business Development Executive Intern who excels in communication and is adept at attracting and engaging new customers. This role focuses on Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, direct customer interaction, and on-ground brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
1. BTL Marketing & Field Activities
Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as field promotions, campaigns, and on-ground activations.
Conduct direct marketing through pamphlet distribution, kiosks, events, and roadshows.
Engage with potential customers in targeted locations to create brand awareness.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
Interact with walk-in customers and prospects to generate leads.
Collect customer data and follow up to convert leads into business opportunities.
Actively contribute to increasing the customer base through field interactions.
3. Client Engagement
Explain product/service offerings clearly and confidently to potential customers.
Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive brand image.
Address basic queries and escalate complex concerns when required.
4. Sales Support
Assist the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Support in organising promotional campaigns and outreach activities.
Help in achieving daily/weekly lead generation targets.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain records of daily field activities and leads generated.
Submit regular reports on campaign performance and customer feedback.
Please coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities.
