Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Fundraising Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the development and execution of fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential donors, creating compelling fundraising campaigns, organizing fundraising events, and maintaining strong relationships with contributors. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams, preparing detailed reports on fundraising activities, and ensuring all initiatives align with the organization's goals and values.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Fundraising Strategy, Campaign Management, and Donor Engagement
• Experience in Organizing Events and Building Long-Term Partnerships
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills
• Proficiency in Report Writing, Analytics, and Outcome Tracking Tools
• An understanding of the non-profit sector and community engagement principles
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Bachelor's / Master degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Prior experience in a fundraising or non-profit role is a significant advantage
