Innourbia is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE in the domain of mineral exploration and mining with 0 to 2 years experience. Great opportunity for anyone up for growth and challenges. Responsibilities:
- Learn to develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and drive sales growth for the company both in terms of services and software solutions
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential clients and emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the vertical head and management to develop and execute marketing (offline and online), business development & sales strategies, and promotional activities for both services and software.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on market trends, sales activities, and revenue projections.
- Be an intermediary between the customer and internal technical support team to provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 2 years of experience in business development in the mining and mineral exploration industry.
- Fresh candidates with no industry experience but interested in pursuing this role are also encouraged to apply for the position.
- A proven track record in business development and sales within the B2B sector will be additionally preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
