Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Faridabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and revenue for the company. The role also includes representing the company at industry events and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation techniques with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management with a focus on maintaining client relationships and ensuring project success
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with renewable energy or Solar EPC industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software is desirable
