Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. This position requires building strong relationships, conducting outreach to potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of PetriDish Media's services to meet sales targets and drive company growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • 2 to 5 years experience in business development, consulting sales, or agency sales
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting value propositions effectively
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a consulting or agency environment is a plus

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Identification and Qualification

  • Identify founder-led and leadership-driven organizations in healthcare, MedTech, pharma, sustainability, innovation, and adjacent sectors
  • Research prospects before initiating outreach
  • Understand communication and positioning gaps
  • Filter misaligned opportunities

2. Strategic Outreach

  • Craft personalized outreach messages
  • Initiate conversations via LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels
  • Position PetriDish Media through insight-led engagement
  • Secure discovery calls for senior leadership

3. Pipeline Management

  • Maintain structured CRM tracking
  • Monitor outreach and follow-ups
  • Share weekly pipeline reports
  • Ensure disciplined conversion tracking

4. Proposal and Pitch Support

  • Assist in preparing customized pitch decks
  • Support follow-up communication
  • Track proposal movement and feedback

5. Market Intelligence

  • Track sector developments
  • Identify organizations facing trust, narrative, or positioning challenges
  • Monitor competitive landscape

Success Metrics

  • Qualified discovery calls per month
  • Pipeline consistency
  • Proposal conversion ratio
  • Revenue generated
  • Alignment quality of closed clients

Compensation

Fixed + performance incentives linked to revenue conversion.
