Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)

As an Academic Counsellor Inside Sales (India Market), you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, understanding their learning needs, and recommending the most suitable Infinity Learn programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Understand academic goals of students and parents and provide personalized program recommendations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective follow-ups and pipeline management
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Handle objections, negotiate offers, and close enrollments effectively

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven mindset with an interest in sales
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Qualifications

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  • Prior experience in sales, telesales, or EdTech is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Working Conditions

  • Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 9:00 PM (IST)
  • Work Week: 6 days (Monday fixed off)
  • Requirements: Personal laptop and stable internet connection
