Wenty LLC is seeking experienced Bench Sales / Business Development Executives to support our growing US IT Staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing IT consultants, developing vendor relationships, and closing placements in the North American market.
This is a revenue-driven role with strong earning potential and career growth opportunities.
Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite Night Shift)
Market: United States (North America)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: US Shift (EST/CST Coverage)
Interview Requirement: 2 rounds (Internal + Leadership)
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with US vendors and implementation partners.
Submit qualified consultants to open requirements daily.
Negotiate bill rates and close placements efficiently.
Manage the full sales lifecycle requirement submission interview offer onboarding.
Track submissions, interviews, and placements in CRM/ATS.
Maintain daily activity and performance reports.
Coordinate with US leadership on compliance and onboarding processes.
Required Skills & Experience15 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / US Staffing.
Strong vendor database and proven placement record.
Experience working with H1B, OPT, GC, and US Citizen consultants.
Clear understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
Ability to work in US time zones.
Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
Preferred QualificationsExperience handling multiple consultants simultaneously.
Experience working with direct clients.
Exposure to technologies like SAP, Salesforce, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI, and Infrastructure.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
Compensation & GrowthCompetitive fixed salary (based on experience).
High performance-based incentives per placement(upto 1 Lakh Inr per closure)
Quarterly bonus opportunities.
