Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing relationships with clients. Other responsibilities include handling client accounts, devising strategies to meet sales targets, and maintaining communication with potential and current clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of the local market in Bhubaneswar is a plus
