Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ahmedabad.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard startups and MSMEs requiring business incorporation, digital marketing, or consultancy services.
  • Service Promotion: Effectively present IndoBright's service offerings to potential clients, including:
  • Business Incorporation Assistance: Guiding entrepreneurs through the legal and regulatory requirements of starting a business in India.
  • Digital Marketing Solutions: Promoting tailored digital marketing services to help businesses enhance their online presence.
  • Business Consultancy Services: Identifying client pain points and proposing actionable business strategies for growth.
  • Lead Management: Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the company's client base.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to tailor services for clients effectively.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, legal, and consultancy teams for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills.
  • Business Development and Market Research skills.
  • Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills.
  • Lead Generation and Closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
