Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, establishing and nurturing professional relationships, and meeting business growth targets. The role also involves market research, developing strategic approaches, and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Account Management and Business Development practices
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Proven ability to achieve targets and manage multiple accounts
• Analytical skills to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
