Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.

Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.

Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.

Achieve monthly lead generation, sales, and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/ERP systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.

Participate in exhibitions, events, and networking activities as required.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and business communication tools.

Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
